摘要
选择20-3号标准油、大港原油和Chrysence为标准油,建立了淡水鱼虾中石油烃污染物的荧光检测方法,灵敏度高,精密度好。相对标准偏差2.2%,最低检测限分别为0.20、0.25、0.30μg/g,线性范围为0~50μg/g,回收率≥84.4%。将不同标准油所得检测结果换算成Chrysence当量,解决了不同组成石油烃由于产生的荧光强度差别而导致抗干扰性差的问题,结果具有可比性。
A fluorescence method was established by using the 20-3 oil, Dagang oil and chrysence as the standard oil for the determination of petroleum hydrocarbons in aquatic products. The analytical precision was perfect, RSD was 2.2%, the recovery 984.4%. The detectable limits were 0.20, 0.25, 0.30μg/g respectively, the linear range was 0~5μg/g. Calculated to Chrysence Equal, the results from different standard oils were comparable.
