摘要
对HD钢的力学性能进行了试验研究和理论探讨。HD钢具有优良的室温和高温强度。HD钢强化的主要机制是因回火时合金碳化物V_4C_3和Mo_2C弥散析出而产生的沉淀强化,基体的高回复与再结晶抗力也对其高强度作出了重要贡献。
The mechanical properties of HD have been investigated. HD has favourable room and high-temperature strength. The main strengthening mechanism of HD is the precipiration-hardening in consequence of the dispersed distribution of the alloy carbides V_4C_3 and Mo_2C during tempering. The high resistance against recovery and recrystallization of the niatrix makes a remarkable contribution to the high strength.
