填饲对鹅肝脂质沉积及相关基因表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以四川白鹅和朗德鹅为材料,研究填饲对鹅肝脏脂质沉积及脂质分泌有关基因表达的影响。结果表明,填饲引起肝重率、肝脂含量和肝脂质TG含量显著增加;四川白鹅的肝重率与血浆中VLDL和TG的含量呈正相关,而朗德鹅不存在这种关系,表明血浆VLDL浓度是肝脂沉积的指示剂;填饲诱导DGAT2mRNA表达量下降,LXRα和LPLmRNA表达量增加,推测LXRα对肝中TG积聚及血浆中VLDL-TG分泌都有促进作用,LPL和DGAT2基因表达促进肝中脂质的水解或抑制肝VLDL-TG分泌。 The effect of overfeeding on lipids deposition and related gene expression in liver of Sichuan white goose and Landes goose was studied in this paper. The results indicated that overfeeding induced the increase of liver weight proportion, lipid proportion and TG content in liver lipids;the plasma concentration of VLDL,TG was positively correlated to liver weight proportion in overfed Sichuan white goose,enzymes involved in lipids section and lipids deposition in goose liver,to provide the guidance for breeding. In the Landes geese such a relationship didn't exist,which indicated that plasma VLDL concentration was a good indicator of hepatic lipogenesis. Overfeeding induced the decrease of mRNA level of DGAT2,the increase of mRNA level of LXRot and LPL,so we predicated LXRα could facilitate TG accumulation in liver and VLDL-TG secretion in plasma,and the gene expression of LPL and DGAT2 could promote the hydrolysis of VLDL-TG and inhibit the secretion of VLDL-TG in liver.
