肾脏黏液小管状和梭形细胞癌1例报告并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 肾脏黏液小管状和梭形细胞癌（Mucinous Tubular and Spindle Cell Carcinoma，MTSCCa）是WHO（2004）肿瘤病理分类中新确定的一种罕见的低级别多形性上皮性肿瘤。近年有文献对该肿瘤的临床病理特征、免疫表型、超微结构及预后等方面进行了描述，并对其不典型组织形态进行了探讨，我们报道1例MTSCCa并结合文献进行讨论。
