摘要
目的:为提高药品的供应保障能力和物资管理水平,优化院内药品采供流程并配套开发一套药品供应物流保障系统。方法:根据优化后的保障流程设计开发本系统,该系统建立在院内HIS的数据库基础之上,并与HIS进行实时信息交换。结果:构建一个物流、信息流的一体化网络供应链,充分利用医药物流的综合配送能力,帮助医院的采购、供应部门更方便的管理药品,更高效的处理业务。结论:本系统是我院构建现代医学保障模式的创新,向现代物流模式迈进了一大步,为医院带来更大的经济和社会效益。
Objective：To improve the ability of drug supply logistics and the level of material management,optimize the procedure of drug purchase and establish a drug supply logistics system.Methods：The drug supply logistics system on the basis of HIS is developed according to the optimized drug purchase and supply procedure and can exchange real-time information with HIS.Results：Construct a supply chain network about the integration of logistics and information flow,make full use of pharmaceutical logistics distribution of the integrated capacity in hospitals,to make the purchase and supply departments more convenient management for the drugs,more efficient business processing.Conclusion：The drug supply logistics guarantee system is an important innovation in PLA general hospital＇s establishment of modern medical support.It not only promotes the modernization of the hospital logistics model,but also has the more social and economic benefits.
