摘要
以100名女大学生为研究对象,经过16周的实验观察发现,瑜伽练习对女大学生睡眠状况的改善效果较好,尤其是在入睡时间和睡眠质量两个方面效果显著;对女大学生情绪状态的改善,主要体现在始终保持平稳的心理状态、降低焦虑和抑郁水平、防止偏执和产生恐怖心理问题等几方面.
With the first-hand data of 16-week-studies on 150 female college students, this paper finds out that yoga affects the female college students' sleeping conditions positively. This is especially evident on the length of the sleeping time, the sleeping efficiency and the sleeping quality in contrasts to other exercises. Yoga advances the female college students' emotion utterly and effectively and is manifested by the remaining of balanced mentality and emotion. It decreases anxiety and blahs and prevent crankiness and fear, etc.
