钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的并发症分析
摘要
跟骨骨折是足部常见损伤。占跗骨骨折的60％．占全身骨折的2％．约75％为关节内骨折。20世纪30年代Bohler L等首先倡导了跟骨骨折的切开复位治疗技术，主张骨折解剖复位．此后手术治疗不断有所报道。本院自2003年1月至2007年1月对29例30足跟骨关节内骨折进行了切开复位钢板内固定治疗．疗效满意。
