摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在肺叶切除术患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法对46例支气管扩张行肺叶切除术患者,随机分成两组,实验组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育。结果实验组患者下床活动及引流管拔除时间显著短于对照组,健康教育效果及患者满意度显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论临床护理路径能提高肺叶切除患者围手术期的健康教育效果,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the effects of clinical nursing pathway on health education for patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy. Methods The patients with bronchiectasis undergoing pulmonary lobectomy(n = 46) were randomly divided into two groups:the experiment group( n = 23 ) adopted clinical nursing pathway on health education ,the control group(n = 23 ) applied traditional method on health education. Results The experiment group in length of lying in-bed and uprooting intrathoracie drain tube were significantly less than the control group( P 〈 0.01 );the effects of health education and satisfaction degree were significantly higher than the control group(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway for patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy can improve the effects of health education and improve recovery.
