雌二醇对大鼠实验性急性鼻炎鼻黏膜的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的:研究雌二醇对SD大鼠急性鼻炎模型鼻腔黏膜上皮的影响。方法:用物理方法制作SD大鼠急性鼻炎模型,分别以雌二醇和生理盐水滴鼻4d后取鼻腔黏膜作病理学检查。结果:(1)用雌二醇滴鼻的SD大鼠鼻腔黏膜上皮纤毛破坏减少,腺体功能活跃;(2)用生理盐水滴鼻的SD大鼠鼻腔黏膜上皮纤毛倒伏,上皮结构散乱。结论:雌二醇对SD大鼠急性鼻炎模型鼻腔黏膜上皮有一定的保护作用,同时腺体分泌增加。
