摘要
当一个员工进入企业时,同企业签订了两份契约,一份写在纸上是经济契约(劳动合同),一份写在心里是心理契约。心理契约是无形的,却发挥着有形契约的作用。企业在构建和谐稳定的劳动关系时,不仅要重视发挥经济契约的作用,更要重视与员工建立彼此信任的心理契约关系,防止心理契约破裂、违背,促进劳动关系和谐稳定发展。
When an employee joins an enterprise, he/she will conclude two contracts with the enterprise. One is labor contract, an economic contract on paper, the another is a psychological contract in mind. Although psychological contract is immaterial, it plays a role of material contract. In order to promote labor relations developing harmoniously and stably, enterprises should pay attention not only to economic contract but also to psychological contract of trusting each other with employee and, to prevent broken psychological contract.
