摘要
目的调查航海院校大学生的适应性状况,探讨影响其适应性的因素。方法运用《艾森克人格问卷》、《中国大学生适应量表》,选取航海院校大学生共计418人进行调查,数据采用SPSS 11.5统计处理。结果航校大学生适应性水平显著高于国家常模(P<0.001);不同专业、年级、独生状况航校大学生的适应性水平差异无显著性;航校大学生人格特征对其适应性有显著影响(P<0.001);航校大学生的适应性受到自理能力、身体素质、教师期望、学习氛围及考证压力等因素影响(P<0.001)。结论航校大学生适应性水平总体较为乐观,但还需不断提高;其适应性水平受到人格特征、自理能力、考证压力等因素影响。
Objective To explore and analyze the undergraduates' adaptability and influencing factors in shipping colleges. Methods 418 undergraduates who were from two shipping colleges in Jiangsu served as the subjects; 169 ordinary tmdergraduates were chosen as the control. Eysenck Personality Questionnaire for Adults (EPQA), China Colleges Students Adjustment Scale (CCSAS) and the questionnaire of undergraduates' basic information developed by author were used. Results The score in shipping college students on CCSAS were significantly higher than that of the Chinese Norm( P 〈 0. 001 ), while lower than that of the ordinary undergraduates. The shipping colleges students' scores on CCSAS and its subscale didn' t exist significant difference among specialty, grade or only - child( P 〉 0.05 ). The subscale E,N,P,L of EPQA were effective predictors on shipping colleges students' adaptability(P 〈0. 01 ). The ability of self-care, physical quality, teacher' s expectation, learning atmosphere were contributed to undergraduates' adaptability in shipping colleges, while examination stress was a negative influence factor. Internet wasn' t an effective predictor to adaptability(P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion On the whole, the shipping college students' adaptability is good but needs to be improved. Undergraduates' personality, the ability of self-care, physical quality, teacher' s expectation, learning atmosphere, etc. ,have notable impacts on their adaptability. The instructors in shipping colleges need to take some corresponding measures to improve the adaptability of undergraduates.
