摘要
目的建立了内蒙古石菖蒲中总氨基酸的含量测定方法。方法采用分光光度法。结果标准曲线方程A=0.0011C-0.0199(r=0.9993),平均回收率为97.10%,RSD为0.95%(n=6)。该法测得石菖蒲中总氨基酸的含量为0.62%,与氨基酸自动分析仪所测得的石菖蒲中总氨基酸的含量一致。结论该方法灵敏、简便、快速、准确可靠。
Objective To establish a method for determination of total amino acid in A. tatarinowii Schott. Methods Ultra Violet - Visible absorption spectrophotometry was adopted. Results The standard curve was A = 0. 0011C - 0. 0199 , r = 0. 999 3, and the average recovery was 97.10%, RSD = 0.95 % （n = 6）. Conclusion The guantitative method is simple, rapid and reliable.
