摘要
西部大开发最根本的是人力资源的开发,不但要从外部引进人才资源,而且更应注重本土人力资源的开发。提高对西部本土人力资源开发重要性的认识,分析西部地区人力资源的现状,采取有效措施,搞好本土人力资源开发是西部经济崛起的关键。
The key to develop the western regions is to develop human resources, which includes not only the introduction of talented persons from the outside, but also more development of local human resources. Improving the cognition of local human resources＇development significance, analyzing human resources＇current situation in the western regions, taking effective measures, doing well in local human resources＇development thus become the key to the abrupt rise of economy in the western regions.
