摘要
在工业试制条件下,通过成分设计和TMCP-RPC-T工艺设计,采用晶粒细化、沉淀强化、位错强化和贝氏体组织强化等手段,辅以回火处理得到符合性能要求的低碳贝氏体钢XDB620。
Under the condition of industrial trial, low carbon bainite steel XDB620 conforming to performance requirements has been developed through composition design and TMCP - RPC - T process design by using the methods such as grain refinement, precipitation strengthening, displacement strengthening, bainite structure strengthening and tempering heat treatment.
