摘要
本文研究了CF62钢经过不同温度亚温淬火后的组织性能。结果表明,CF钢经亚温淬火后,与调质处理相比,强度有所降低,但可以改善冲击韧性。在第二相马氏体、贝氏体含量25%~40%时,可以得到较高的冲击韧度,而强度又不至降低太多。
In this paper,the structures and properties of CF62 steel after heat treated by intercritical qenching wrer investigated. The results show that comparing with qenching+high temperature tempering,CF62 steel after heat treated by intercriticl quenching has low strength,but high impact toughness. When the content of second phase M and B is 25%~40%,the impact toughness of the steel is higher and the strenght isn't lower too much.
