摘要
采用延伸吸收法和非选择性催化还原法高效组合成一种硝酸尾气处理新工艺,具有流程简单成熟、自动化程度高、装置投资少、提高氨转化率、增产硝酸等特点,经最终处理后的尾气排放NOx的浓度小于400×10-6,排放量小于22kg/h,大大低于国家规定的相关大气污染物排放标准,实现经济效益、社会效益与环境效益的最佳结合。文章介绍了目前国内外常用的几种硝酸尾气处理方法以及延伸吸收法和非选择性催化还原法高效组合工艺的应用情况。
A new kind craft of nitric acid exhaust treatment was got by using combination methods of extension absorption and non-selective catalysis reduction, which had the characteristics of process simply and mature, high automaticity, installment invests few, raising ammonia conversion rate and nitric acid production. After final processes, the density of the exhaust discharges of NOx was smaller than 400×10^-6, the withdrawal was smaller than 22 kg/h, greatly lower than the national stipulation related to atmospheric pollutants emission standards, and realized the best combination of economic, social and environmental benefits. The present domestic and abroad commonly used several nitric acid exhausting processing method as well as the application of the combination of extension absorption method and the nonselective catalysis reduction method were introduced.
