介绍了PRO-HNO3催化剂的特性及其在硝酸尾气治理中的反应机理。通过解决试生产中出现的问题,使硝酸装置排放尾气中的NOx质量浓度由1000~1600mg/m3降至200mg/m3以下,远低于新的国家标准(1400mg/m3)。
An introduction is given to the characteristics of the PRO-HNO3 catalyst and the reaction mechanism of the catalyst used in the treatment of tail gas from the nitric acid plant. By solving the problems in trial production, the tail gas discharged from the nitric acid plant has its NOx mass concentration lowered from 1 000 ~ 1 600 mg/m^3 to below 200 mg/m^3, far less than the new state standard of 1 400 mg/m^3.
