摘要
长期以来人们对日本制造业发展问题存在的不同看法和争论,使得用新的理论、新的思维方式分析其产业发展的经验与教训成为必要。对于支持日本取得经济繁荣、创造经济奇迹的制造业而言,它的不同于欧美的组织结构优势,曾为世界各国推崇备至,但在上世纪90年代的10年低迷期,又被视为发展的禁锢而广遭斥责。深入到产业内部,从组织结构演进的视角,探讨日本制造业在不同历史条件下的形成与变革过程,则可以使我们对日本问题有个贴近事实的认识,进而获得有关制造业可持续发展的新的知识。
The fact that there are conflicting points of view with regard to the development of Japanese manufacturing sector makes it necessary to analyze the issue with new theories or from new perspectives. Manufacturing industries had considerably contributed to Japan＇s economic prosperity or the Asian miracle, and the advantages of its organizational structure used to be admired by the world. The same organizational structure, however, suffered broad rebukes as a constraint during the lost decade since the 1990s. This study attempts to analyze the formation and evolution of the industrial organizational structure in different historical conditions. The results may improve our understanding of the Japanese issues and may shed a new light on the sustainable development of manufacturing industries.
