摘要
选用阿维菌素1.8%乳油等7种杀虫剂进行防治蘑菇瘿蚊幼虫的田间药效试验,结果表明:药后14d,阿维菌素1.8%乳油0.67mL/L+灭幼脲20%悬浮剂0.5mL/L,防效高达97.92%,持效期14d以上,对菌丝和子实体安全;其次是阿维菌素1.8%乳油0.67mL/L+联苯菊酯25克/升乳油0.2mL/L混配剂和选用阿维菌素1.8%乳油1.0mL/L单剂,防效分别为93.13%、92.93%,持效期在7d,对菌丝和子实体也安全;藜芦碱0.5%可溶液剂0.4mL/L、苏云金杆菌8000IU/mg可湿性粉剂1.67g/L、氟虫腈5%悬浮剂0.53mL/L等3种单剂的防效分别为86.77%、87.84%、85.59%,持效期3~7d左右,对蘑菇安全;联苯菊酯2.5%乳油0.8mL/L的防效为85.33%,持效期7d,对菌丝有抑制作用。
7 insecticides were used for the control of mycophila fungicola larva.The results showed that the effects reached 97.92% and last more than 14d with the application of mixture of abamectin 1.8% EC 0.67mL/L and chlorbenzuron 20% SC 0.5mL/L, the effects leached to 93.13% with the application of mixture of abamectin 1.8% EC 0.67mL/L and bifenthrin 2.5% EC 0.2mL/L, the effects reached to 92.93% and last 7d with the application of abamectin 1.8% EC 1.0mL/L, they were all safe to hyphae and sporocarp, the effccts were 86.77%,87.84% and 85.59%with the application of vertrine 0.5% SL 0.4mL/L,bacillus thuringiensis 8 000 Iu/mg WP 1.67g/L and fipronil 5% SC 0.53mL/L respectively, the effect reached to 85.33% with appearance of inhibiting hyphae by using of bifenthrin 2.5% EC 0.8mL/L.
