公务员的法律意识和法治观念,直接影响和决定其对依法行政的态度。适应依法执政、依法行政的要求,新时期的公务员应努力培养遵守宪法、法律至上、依法行政、人民本位、行政法治、人性化执法、民主平等等法律意识和法治观念。
The law consciousness and concept of the civil servant affect and decide directly the attitude of the administration according to the law. To adapt to the administration according to the law, the civil servant in the new time should cultivate law consciousness and concept of the abiding by the constitution, the paramount law, and administration according to the law, democracy and equality and so on.
