基于ITS-1基因序列探讨许氏帆蚌和三角帆蚌的分类地位 被引量:2

The Taxonomical Status of Hyriopsis cumingii and Hyriopsis schlegerii Inferred From ITS-1 Sequences

摘要 测定并比较了三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii)和许氏帆蚌(Hyriopsis schlegerii)的ITS-1序列,以背瘤丽蚌(Lamprotula leai)为外类群,利用PHYLIP3.65软件中的最大简约法和邻接法构建了它们的系统发育树。结果表明,许氏帆蚌和三角帆蚌没有表现出种间差异,应属于同一物种。 The taxonomical status of Hyriopsis cumingii and Hyriopsis schlegerii was investigated using sequences of the first internal transcribed spacer region ( ITS - 1 ) of ribosomal DNA (rDNA). The affiliation of them was assessed by Neighbor-joining (NJ) and maximum parsimony (MP) analyses. The results show approximately consistent between NJ tree and MP tree. It suggests that Hyriopsis cumingii and Hyriopsis schlegerii be same species.
