摘要
目的探讨尿道内口敞开经膀胱前列腺摘除术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。方法144例前列腺良性增生患者平均分两组，每组72人，分别用尿道内口敞开经膀胱前列腺摘除术和传统的经膀胱前列腺摘除术进行治疗，比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、疗效及并发症等情况。结果尿道内口敞开经膀胱前列腺摘除术组比传统的经膀胱前列腺摘除术组的手术时间缩短，需输血例数及输血量减少，术中尿道损伤减少，术后留置导尿管时间及住院时间缩短、排尿困难减少、无出现尿失禁病例。结论尿道内口敞开经膀胱前列腺摘除术，手术时间短，疗效安全确切，缩短病人住院时间、节约医疗费用，值得临床的推广应用。
Objective To evaluate therapeutic effects of Suprapubic Transvesical Postatectomy with Opening the Internal Urethral Orifice to Treat Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Methods 144 cases of BPH patient were divided into two groups： treated by suprapubic transvesical postatectomy with opening the internal urethral orifice or tradition suprapubic transvesical postatectomy. The duration of surgery, bleeding Amount, length of stay, curative effect and operative complication were compared. Results Compare with the tradition suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy group, the suprapubie transvesical postatectomy with opening the internal urethral orifice group have shorter duration of surgery, fewer blood transfusion cases and lesser blood transfusion amount, fewer inteaoperative urethral injury, shorter time in hospital and shorter time of indwelling catheter post operation, dysuria to be reduced and without uroclepsia cases. Conclusion Suprapubic transvesical postatectomy with opening the internal urethral orifice have shorter duration of surgery, safe and definite effectiveness, shorter length of stay, minimizing medical expense, it is worth and recommendable in clinic.
