摘要
目的 探讨电刀止血法在耻骨上前列腺切除术中的应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析 114例行耻骨上前列腺切除术患者资料。术中先用高频电刀环状切开膀胱颈口并止血 ,再手法摘除增生的腺体。 结果 本组出血量平均 5 6 .7( 30～ 15 0 )ml,术中、术后均未输血 ,拔尿管后排尿通畅 ,无继发性出血、尿失禁及排尿困难。 结论 耻骨上前列腺切除术中应用电刀止血 ,效果可靠 。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemostasis with electrotome in suprapubic prostatectomy. Methods 114 patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia were reviewed. During the operation, cervix vesicae was cut circularly for hemostasis with electrome, then the hyperplastic prostate was extirpated manually.ResultsThe bleeding volume was 30～150 ml (average 56.7 ml) and no patient was transfused. All patients urinated smoothly after the urinary catheters were pulled out. No secondary bleeding, urinary incontinence or dysuria occurred.Conclusions It is a good hemostasitic method of electrotome in suprapubic prostatectomy with definite therapeutic effect and less complication.
