氯气在A型、X型和SBA-15分子筛上的吸附性能 被引量:5

摘要 分子筛是一类具有规则可调变均匀孔径的多孔材料,具有很大的比表面积和孔容,对多种气体有非常好的吸附性能。A型分子筛和X型分子筛具有不同的孔笼结构和组成,SBA-15是近几年来研究热门的新型介孔分子筛,采用P—C-T氯气吸附装置对4种分子筛的氯气吸附性能进行了研究。红外光谱结果表明,吸附氯气后的CaA、NaX和SBA-15分子筛骨架结构的特征峰仍然存在;XRD衍射谱图表明,吸附氯气后的CaA、NaX和SBA-15的特征衍射峰仍然存在,但峰强度略有减弱。实验数据表明,分子筛氯气吸附性能受骨架结构、孔容积、孔径大小的影响很大,阳离子的不同也会引起对氯气吸附性能的变化。随着温度的下降,NaX分子筛对氯气的吸附量明显增大。在30℃、0.274MPa下,CaA分子筛的氯气吸附量可以达到34%(质量分数)。 Molecular sieve is a type of porous material which has regular, variable and uniform pore structure. Having high specific surface area and pore volume, molecular sieve has excellent adsorption properties for many kinds of gases. A and X molecular sieves have different pore geometries and composition. SBA-15 is an active research meso--porous molecular sieve in recent years. Chlorine adsorption properties of four molecular sieves were studied with the P-C-T apparatus. Infrared spectra showed that characteristic peaks of framework structure of CaA, NaX and SBA-15 after Cl2 adsorption still existed; XRD patterns showed that characteristic peaks of CaA, NaX and SBA-15 after Cl2 adsorption were still in, but the peak intensity decreased slightly. Experimental data showed that Cl2 adsorption properties of molecnlar sieve were greatly affected by its framework structure, pore volume and pore size, and also by the difference of cations. The Cl2 adsorption capacity of NaX molecular sieve increases obviously as the temperature is reduced. At 30℃, the Cl2 adsorption capacity of CaA can reach to 34% (mass fraction) at 0.274 MPa.
