摘要
在低温下用超声波法快速合成了X型分子筛,用XRD、TEM、BET、IR、TG-DSC等对合成产物进行了表征。结果表明,在n(Na_2O):n(SiO_(2)):n(Al_2O_(3)):n(H_2O)=5.85:3.30:1.00:105.0,60℃下短时间超声波晶化60min就能合成纳米X型分子筛,其BET、外比表面与微孔面积分别为472.4m^2/g、185.5m^2/g与287.9m^2/g,颗粒均匀,平均粒径约为10nm。研究了超声波晶化时间和陈化时间对合成纳米X分子筛的影响。相对于常规水热法,超声波法降低了晶化温度,缩短了晶化时间,而且样品具有相当的热稳定性。
Zeolite X is synthesized quickly by using the ultrasonic method at low temperature.The as-synthesized products are characterized by XRD,TEM,BET,IR and TG-DSC,respectively.Results show that the zeolite X is synthesized quickly by the ultrasonic crystal with a mole ratio of n(Na2O):n(SiO2):n(Al2O2):n(H2O)=5.85:3.30:1.00:105.0 under 60℃and the ultrasonic time of 60min,whose BET,external surface area and microporous area are 472.4m^2/g,185.5m^2/g and 287.9m^2/g,respectively.Its particles are uniform and the average particle size is about 10nm.The effects of ultrasonic crystal time and ageing time on the zeolite X are studied as well.Compared with that prepared by the conventional hydrothermal method,the zeolite X synthesized by the ultrasonic method show the same thermal stability with lower crystallization temperature and shorter crystallization time.
