STUDIES ON THE Li+ ION-EXCHANGE PROPERTIES OF Na-LSX MOLECULAR SIEVES Investigation of Preparation Parameters

摘要 通过水溶液交换法研究了钠型低硅铝X型分子筛(Na-LSX)的锂离子交换性能,重点考察了锂盐浓度、交换次数以及每次交换的交换时间对交换度的影响,找到了最佳的交换条件,为工业化生产提供了基础数据。 Li+ ion-exchange properties of Na-LSX were studied in aqueous media. The effects of the concentration of LiCI aqueous, exchange times and each exchange time on the ion exchange degree of Na-LSX zeolite were investigated in details, and therefore the best conditions of the Li+ ion-exchange were obtained, which is useful for the scale-up industrial production.
