摘要
概述了国内外分子筛催化剂在炼油和石油化工中应用的主要进展,重点介绍了中国石化石油化工科学研究院近年来所取得的最新研究进展,包括纳米ZSM-5分子筛合成及其在直馏汽油非临氢改质中的应用、无钠β分子筛合成及其在乙苯合成中的应用、Silicalite-1分子筛合成及其在环己酮肟气相贝克曼重排生产己内酰胺中的应用、HTS钛硅分子筛的合成及其在环己酮氨肟化过程中的应用四个方面。
The advances in the application of molecular sieves as petroleum refining and petrochemical catalysts were briefly summarized. Then, the introduction focused on the synthesis of nano-sized ZSM-5 and its application in gasoline reforming, the synthesis of alkali metal-free fl and its application in ethylbenzene production, the synthesis of Silicalite-1 and its application in gas-phase Beckmann rearrangement of cylcohexanone oxime to caprolactam, and the synthesis of HTS titanosilicate molecular sieve and its application in oximation of cylcohexanone, which were all developed by RIPP SINOPEC.
