摘要
目的探讨青少年癫癎患者的心理问题并作出相应的护理干预对策。方法通过对56例住院青少年癫癎患者进行讲解、咨询释疑、发放宣传资料等方式,对其心理问题回顾性分析,加以归纳总结。结果青少年癫癎患者都不同程度存在心理问题,通过开展护理干预措施,提高青少年患者的生活质量,促进疾病康复。结论有效的护理干预措施能有效地降低青少年癫癎患者的心理问题发生。
Objective To investigate the situation of the psychological problems in adolescent patients with epileptics and the effects of nursing intervention. Methods By means of explaining, consulting, supplying publicity materials to the 56 hospitalized adolescent patients with epileptics, a retrospective analysis was made on the psychological situations and then a summary was induced. Results All patients had psychological problems in different degrees. And the nursing intervention could improve their life qualities and promote their recovery from illness. Conclusions Effective intervention measurements of nursing can decrease the incidence of the psychological problems in the adolescent patients with epileptics.
