摘要
目的 观察CCU病房中青年男性急性心肌梗死患者的心理问题,采取有效的护理对策以提高患者生存质量.方法 连续入选我院2009年1月至2012年6月诊断为急性心肌梗死的中青年男性患者120例,并随机分为对照组（60例）和治疗组（60例）.对照组进行常规治疗;治疗组在接受常规治疗的同时给予心理干预,入院时及在患者转出CCU前进行问卷调查,对焦虑、躁狂、抑郁等方面进行评价.结果 完成120例患者全部资料的收集,结果显示,绝大多数中青年男性急性心肌梗死患者存在心理问题,经心理干预后,与对照组患者比较,治疗组心理问题如焦虑、躁狂、抑郁等发生率明显降低（P ＜0.05）.结论 对中青年男性急性心肌梗死患者这一特殊群体,正确分析并干预心理问题及其诱发因素,并采取有效的护理对策,可明显改善患者的心理状态.
Objective To analyze the psychological problems of young and middle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction male in CCU,in order to take effective nursing strategy for improving the life quality.Methods 120 young and middle-aged acute myocardial infarction male patients who were admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2012 were enrolled,they were randomly divide into control group （60 cases） and treatment group（60 cases）.Conventional treatments were given to the control group while psychological intervention was given as well as conventional treatment to the treatment group.Questionnaire survey was conducted in the treatment group twice,at times when they were hospitalized and were transferred out of CCU.The results of anxiety,mania and depression were evaluated.Results Most of the young and middle-aged acute myocardial infarction male patients have psychological problems.The psychological problems in the patients of the treatment group reduced significantly （P＜0.05） compared with the control group.Conclusion For young and middle-aged acute myocardial infarction male patients,analysing their psychological state of its trigger factors correctly and implementing effective nursing strategy are particularly important for improving their mentation.
