摘要
从社会学视角来看,一切质量保障体系均包括两部分——内部评估和外部评估。在不久的将来,中国的远程教育将会发展成为一个巨大的产业,审视目前的远程教育系统,我们不难发现——中国的外部质量保障体系还相当不完善。为了保障教育质量、谋求长远发展,必须要建立外部质量保证体系。在分析了美国、英国两国各具特色的外部质量保证体系后,笔者结合中国国情,对该体系在中国的应用模型进行了初步构建。
In the view of Sociology, all quality safeguard systems include two parts which was interual appraisals and exterior appraisals. China＇s distance education will vigorously develop into a huge industry in the future. When we watch into the present distance education system, it is easy to find out that the exterior quality safeguard system of China is far away from consummation. In the long run of safeguarding the quality of education, we must establish the exterior quality guaranteed system. After analyzing the characteristic quality safeguard systems of American and English,the paper unifies the Chinese national condition and makes a preliminary application model.
