摘要
目的观察小潮气量机械通气治疗重症哮喘的临床效果。方法58例重症哮喘患者均行机械通气为主的综合治疗,观察治疗效果及带机前后的pH值、PaO2、PaO2/FiO2、SpO2及PaCO2的变化。结果45例治疗后症状明显缓解,缓解率77.6%。9例死亡,4例自动出院,患者带机后各观察指标均得到明显好转,与带机前相比,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用以机械通气为主的综合治疗,是重症哮喘合并呼吸衰竭患者安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To observe curative effect of severe asthma with small tidal volume ventilation. Methods 58 cases of severe asthma patient were underwent ventilation therapy. The PaO2, pH, PaO2/FiO2, SpO2 and PaCO2 changes before and after therapy were observed. Results 45 cases had relieved in symptom with 77.6% and 9 cases were dead, 4 cases discharged under their willing. All data after therapy were better than those before therapy with P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The complex therapy mainly with ventilation might be effective method for severe asthma combined with RF.
