摘要
大学市场化使高等教育成为由相互竞争的供应者提供的商品,教育服务按质论价。准市场化制度环境下,高等教育出现了稀缺性、竞争、认知、选择等制度变迁的基本动因。高校要转变制度观念,增强市场适应能力,健全高等教育质量保障体系。
University--marketization makes higher education competitive supplier of goods. Edu cation services are priced on quality. Under the institutional environment of quasi--marketization, such basic motivations of institutional changes as scarcity, competition, cognition and choice appear in higher education. Universities should change their institutional concepts, enhance adaptability to the market and improve the system of higher education quality assurance.
