摘要
采用固相反应法用W粉和Se粉为原料,高能球磨压片后,在Ar气氛中反应合成WSe2纳米颗粒。研究结果表明,当退火温度高于400℃时,样品为WSe2的六方晶相。考察了反应温度、球磨时间、气流量大小和保温时间对合成反应的影响,并发现保温时间的加长并没给结晶带来有益的影响,而延长球磨时间能明显降低颗粒尺寸。
WSe2 nano-particles were prepared successfully via solid state reaction with the tungsten and selenium powders in Ar atmosphere after high energy ball milling. The result has shown that when the annealing temperature was higher than 400℃, hexagonal crystal of WSe2 was the only product. This article investigated the effects of the reaction temperature, milling time, the gas flowing and holding time on synthesis reaction. Furthermore, we discovered that the prolonging of holding time took no beneficial effects on the crystallization and the prolonging of ball milling time could reduce the particle size obviously.
