摘要
本文通过电化学和物理检测方法,研究了从氯化物溶液中提炼镍时,铁、钴、铅等杂质对镍电积过程的影响。通过测试不同杂质,不同浓度和不同温度下的极化曲线,求出氯化镍溶液中不同条件下允许的杂质含量。对电积镍的 X 射线衍射分析及扫描电镜下的形貌观察发现,从氯化物溶液中电积镍时,少量铁、钴的存在对电流效率和能耗影响不大。但溶液申铅超过一定量时,不但增加电积镍的能耗,还影响电镍质量。这些杂质对镍沉积物的形貌和结晶取向均有影响。
Studies have been made on the effect of Fe、Co、Pb in all chloride ele- ctrolytes on nickel electrodeposits by using electrochemical measurements and physical examination.Allowable content of Fe、Co、Pb in nickcl chloride electrotyte under diffrent conditions has been acquired from cathodic pola- rization curves of Fe、Co、Pb at different concentrations and different temperatures. The results of X-ray diffraction analysis and the observation of scanning electron microscope have shown that a small amount of Fe、Co in electrolyte do not affect the current efficiency and electric energy consumption when nickel is electrodeposited from all chloride electrolytes.The Pb concentra- tion larger than a definite amount in electrolyte will not only increase elec- tric energy consumption but also affect the quality of cathodic nickel.The morphology and prefered orientation of cathodic nickel are also affected by these impurities in electrolyte.
