摘要
针对铝及其合金用化铣液中铝酸钠积累导致的报废问题,提出通过用去离子水稀释和添加Al(OH)3晶种来加以解决。研究了化铣液稀释倍数、Al(OH)3晶种的添加及其纯度对化铣液中溶解铝去除效果的影响。结果表明,将化铣液稀释0.5~3.0倍能够使铝酸钠结晶析出。将化铣液稀释1倍后再添加20 g/L Al(OH)3晶种,铝的去除效果最佳,反应7 d后铝的去除率为38.2%。添加工业级或分析纯Al(OH)3时铝去除效果的差别不大。
As for the failure of chemical milling solution applied to aluminum and its alloys caused by the accumulation of sodium aluminate,it was proposed to dilute the solution with deionized water and adding Al(OH)3 crystal seeds to it.The effects of dilution multiple of chemical milling solution,addition of Al(OH)3 seed and its purity on the removal of dissolved aluminum from chemical milling solution were studied.The results showed that sodium aluminate would crystallize out and precipitate from the chemical milling solution diluted at 0.5-3.0 multiples.The removal effectiveness of aluminum was the best by adding 20 g/L of Al(OH)3 crystal seeds to the chemical milling solution diluted at one multiple,as shown by a removal rate of aluminum up to 38.2%after reaction for 7 days.The addition of industrial grade or analytical pure Al(OH)3 has little effect on aluminum removal effectiveness.
