阐述了编制移民安置规划的重要性和进行移民安置规划设计不同阶段的深度要求。随着水利水电建设事业的不断发展,人们已逐渐认识到系统的移民安置规划对工程建设和社会稳定的重要性,而国务院发布的第471号令更是对这一重要性的肯定,作为工程设计人员要重视移民安置规划设计,使完成的规划设计能够切实可行。
This article sets forth the importance on working out the immigration setting plan and the different depth demands according to the different design stages. With the continuous growth of the hydroelectric construction project, the importance has been realized gradually on the system immigration setting plan. And in the No.471 document issued by the State Council this importance is affirmed. Being a design person, he must pay attention to the immigration setting plan to make the plan design feasible.
