回顾贵阳院水库移民规划设计工作的历程，分析面临的新政策、新规范、新区域环境等新形势，并结合贵阳院水库移民规划设计工作情况介绍移民安置规划设计管理体系和组织形式、设计内容等，总结移民规划设计工作的一些特点及需要关注和解决的一些问题。
The paper reviews the course of reservoir immigrant planning design of HYDROCHINA Guiyang Engineering Corporation and analyses the new situation that is faced, such as the new policy, new standard, new region environment and so on. Combining with the condition of HYDROCHINA Guiyang Engineering Corporation, the paper introduces the management system, organization configuration and design content of immigrant resettlement planning design, and summarizes some characteristics of immigrant planning design and some questions that need to be paid attention and solved.
