摘要
本文对碱法制备α-FeOOH 过程进行了物理化学方面的研究。重点考察了Fe(OH)_2悬浊液的氧化过程,讨论了温度、搅拌、氧分压、碱比等参数对氧化速度、产物的形貌和组成的影响,并对反应机理进行了讨论。
The physico chemical aspects of preparation of α-FeOOH by alkaline method have been studied.Emphasis is laid on the oxidation process of Fe(OH)_2 suspension.The factors which influenced the rate of oxidation, the morphology and the phase composition of products were investigated. The results show that the rate of oxidation reaction is proportional to Fe(Ⅱ) and oxygen partial pressure.The active energy is 12.22kJ/mol.The rate equation may be written as -dc/dt=0.08 exp(-1222/RT)·PO_2·C The reaction mechanism has been propossed,which consisting of the follo- wing sequence of steps: (1)Dissolution of oxygen in the solution; (2)Diffusion of oxygen in the solution; (3)Absorption of oxygen on the solid reactant; (4)Chemical reaction on the surface; (5)Desorption of product from the solid surface and growth of the product.
