摘要
本文以SnCl2.2H2O为原料,Na2S.9H2O、TAA为沉淀剂,采用直接沉淀法和均匀沉淀法制备SnS纳米粉体。对所得样品用XRD、EDS、SEM分析手段进行了表征,初步探讨了热处理对粉体结构性能的影响,并对两种制备方法作了简要的比较。结果表明两种方法得到的样品均为斜方晶体结构的多晶SnS粉体;采用直接沉淀法合成的粉体平均粒径为20nm,且粒度分布十分均匀;采用均匀沉淀法合成的粉体平均粒径为40nm,粉体中的S和Sn原子更接近化学计量比1∶1,品质更好。
SnS nanopowders were successfully prepared by direct precipitation method and homogeneous precipitation method using stannous chloride hydrate(SnC12 · 2 H2O) as the starting material and sodium sulphide hydrate(Na2 S · 9H2O) and thioacetamide(TAA) as precipitating agent. The obtained specimen were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the influence of heat-treated on the structure performance was proposed, and a comparison between the two routes lwas made. The results imply that the prepared specimen materials by two methods are SnS polycrystalline powders with orthorhombic structure unit; the average size of powders synthesized by the direct precipitation method was 20nm with very good homogeneity; powders with an average diameter of 40hm was synthesized by the homogeneous precipitation method and the atomic ratio of Sn : S was stoichiometric 1 : 1, the quality was rather fine.
