摘要
以SnCl2·2H2O和TAA为反应源物,采用均匀沉淀法在酸性水溶液中制备SnS纳米粉体。用XRD、EDS、SEM分析手段对样品进行了表征。XRD分析结果表明样品为斜方晶体结构的多晶SnS粉体,EDS分析表明粉体中的s和sn原子非常接近化学计量比1:1,SEM测试结果显示粉体粒径在30-100nm范围内。此外,还简要分析了热处理对粉体结构性能的影响。
SnS nanopowders were successfully prepared by homogeneous precipitation method using stannous chloride hydrate(SnCl2·2H2O) and thioacetamide(TAA) as raw materials in an acidic aqueous solution. The specimen materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). XRD results imply that the prepared specimen materials are SnS polycrystallinc powders with orthorhombic structure unit, EDS results indicate that the atomic ratio of Sn:S was stoichiometric 1:1. SEM results show that the sizes of powders were in the range of 30-100nm. Furthermore, the influence of heat-treated on the structure performance was discussed briefly.
