摘要
将三种不同形貌的羟基磷灰石晶种添加到磷酸钙骨水泥中,研究了HA晶种形貌对CPC增强效果的影响。结果发现:晶种的形貌对CPC水化产物晶相没有明显影响;对CPC的抗压强度影响明显,具体为:大尺寸的HA晶种能更好地起到增强效果,添加3wt%时其抗压强度由初始的9.0MPa增加到36.9MPa,增幅达310%,最佳晶种添加量为2~4wt%。
Three types of hydroxyapatites with different morphologies were added into the calcium phosphate cement (CPC) to improve its mechanical properties, and their effects were investigated by XRD, SEM and compressive strength. The results show that morphologies of the HA seeds did not affect the process of hydration, and compressive strengths of CPC increased markedly from 9MPa to 36.9MPa with an increase of 310% after adding the 3 wt% HA seeds with size of 70nm × 416nm while an increase of 180-220% by adding the 3wt% HA seeds with size of 25nm×142nm. The optimal adding amount of the HA seeds is 2-4wt%.
