摘要
创建特色学校已成为新形势下中小学发展的基本理念和价值追求,是适应经济社会发展的迫切需要,是全面推进素质教育的迫切需要,同时也是加快学校自身发展的迫切需要。实践中,应通过确立办学理念特色、打造师资队伍特色、突出教育教学特色、培育教育科研特色、营造校园文化特色和构建内部管理特色等途径来创建特色学校。
