摘要
新建本科院校运用哲学思维开展教师管理,不仅有助于提升学校的管理品质和管理效益,而且还有助于进一步推动管理学科发展,探寻教师管理规律,提升管理队伍素质。在管理实践中,当务之急是要树立创新思维、系统思维和重点思维。
To put the philosophical thoughts into seeking the new ideas of staff management in newly - founded undergraduate universities helps not only to improve the levels and efficiency of management but also to promote the development of management discipline, to explore the laws of staff management and to improve the quality of managers. In the pratice of management, it is urgent to set up the thought of novelty, system andmajor point.
