摘要 制备了固体超强酸-阳离子树脂负载AlCl3催化剂.探讨了催化乙酸与乙醇酯化反应的最佳工艺条件:催化剂乙酸用量为28g/mol,酸醇摩尔比为1∶1.2~1∶1.5,反应温度78℃,反应时间5.0h,催化剂与反应物易分离和再生。 In the paper, the solid superacids cation exchange resin AlCl 3 were prepared and used for synthesising ethyl acetate. It was found that the optimum conditions of the reaction were 78 ℃ for 5 h. The appropriate ratio between acetic acid and ethanol was 1∶1.2-1∶1.5 (mol) and the amount of catalyst added should be 28 g(1 mol acitic acid). The solid superacids catalyst could be easily separated and regenerated from the products, and remained its catalysis activity in reaction time.
