摘要
目的探讨胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤（DNT）的诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析2002-2007年经病理证实的14例DNT患者的临床资料、影像检查、手术及病理结果。结果14例患者中11例以癫痫发作为临床表现，除1例位于幕下外，其余肿瘤均位于幕上。影像和病理有其特殊的表现。所有患者均接受手术治疗，随访2-60个月，所有患者癫痫发作减少或停止。结论DNT是一种良性肿瘤，手术切除肿瘤及周边致癫皮层可以显著减少术后癫痫的发生。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumors（DNT）. Methods From 2002 to 2007, 14 patients with DNT were treated. The clinical data, image manifestation, operation, histopathological features were summarized and analyzed. Results 11 of the 14 cases had epilepsy as clinical manifestation. All tumors were localized in supratentorial areas except one case. DNT was characteristic on image and pathology. All cases were treated by surgery and followed up ranged between 2-60 months. All cases had decreased epileptic attack. Conclusions DNT is a benign tumor. Epileptic attack will significantly decrease after total removal of tumor and epileptic cortex around it.
