摘要
目的探讨胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤(DNT)的诊断和治疗。方法分析总结我院治疗的4例DNT患者的临床和病理资料。结果所有患者以癫疒间发作为临床表现;MRI上为T1低信号,T2高信号病灶,无水肿,无占位效应;手术治疗后癫疒间发作控制满意;病理可见特异的多发性瘤结节和胶质神经细胞。结论DNT是一种良性病变,手术治疗效果良好,本病的准确诊断对其治疗有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment for dysemhryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor （DNT）. Methods 4 DNT patients who underwent operation in our hospital. Rnsults Epilepsy is the exclusive symptom. The lesions were hypointense on Tt and hyperintense on T2, there were neither edema nor mass effect. Epilepsy was well controlled after operation. Muhinodular and specific glioneuronal element were typical in pathological examination. Conclusions DNT was a benign tumor, the identification of DNT has the therapeutic and prognostic implication.
