摘要
介绍了HYPERMESH软件中一种新型的有限元单元对单元的点焊模拟方法，即在有限元单元之间以CWELD梁单元来模拟焊点，梁单元承受拉伸力和剪切力，焊接单元是由有限元单元对组成。通过仿真，与传统的节点对节点的焊接模拟方法进行了比较分析，并说明了两种不同的点焊模型对结果的影响。
Introduce a new type of finite element unit to unit spot welding simulation method of HYPERMESH software,use CWELD beam unit to simulate welding spot between finite elements,beam unit bears tensile and shear force,welding units are composed of finite elements units.Comparative analyses the node welding simulation method through simulation and traditional node,and explains two kinds of spot welding model which effects the result.
