汽车车身钣金件点焊连接界面特性与建模 被引量:22

A Study on the Characteristics and Modeling Method of the Spot Welding Interface for Car Body Panal

摘要 本文分别选用四种类型单元建立车身钣金件点焊模型,并将数值解与试验模态分析结果对比,评价各方法之优劣,提出了由大量点焊连接的车身结构建模新方法。实践证明该法是有效的。 Four types of elements are respectively applied to model a spot welded structure for car body in this paper. The strengths and weaknesses of each model are discussed based on the comparison between numerical solution and the result of experimental modal analysis. A new method for modeling a car body with large numbers of welded spots is proposed and the static and dynamic results both show good agreement with the tests.
