摘要
可持续发展观已渗透到社会发展的多个领域。基于可持续发展理论,在教师专业发展方面,可通过"引导人格化学习方式,体验快乐与充实""实施个性化学习方式,体验真实与实用""追求文化化学习方式,体验支持与互信"等学习策略,实现教师的可持续发展。
Continuous development concept has penetrated into many fields of modern life. Based on the continuous development concept theory, in order to enhance teaching techniques for teachers, the following study strategies are proposed: "Introduce stimulated study, experience fun and enjoyable learning" ; "Perform personalized development, experience benefit of learning" ; "Seek collaboration study environment, experience communication and mutual support in learning".
