摘要
对双环戊二烯气相解聚进行了实验研究,考察了解聚温度、停留时间、原料组成等因素对解聚过程的影响。实验过程中采用了双戊二烯与水共沸法进行汽化,反应器未出现堵塞现象,在解聚温度350℃,停留时间为1~2 s的优化工艺条件下,采用双环戊二烯含量为80%的原料,经解聚可以得到93%以上的环戊二烯,解聚率为97%以上,采用双环戊二烯含量为90%以上的原料,解聚后可以得到99%以上的环戊二烯。
Experiment was made on gas - phase depolymerization of dicyclopentadiene ( DCPD), and the effects of depolymerization temperature, residence time and feed composition on the depolymerization process were studied. Azeotrope of DCPD and water was fed to depolymerization reactor to reduce the coke, so eoking appeared in the reactor during experiment. Under the optimal conditions of depolymerization temperature 350℃, residence time 1-2s, the conversion of dicyclopentadiene and purity of product reached above 97% and 93% with the feed of 80% dicyclopentadiene, purity of product reached above 98% with the feed of 90% dicyclopentadiene.
